Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. Lovely self-contained annex with shower room

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.
